ELECTRICIAN – SOCIAL HOUSING (ROCHDALE) Contract: 12 Weeks (CIS) – Strong Potential for Permanent Employment Start: ASAP in the New Year Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–3:45pm Pay: £25 per hour CIS A well-established local housing organisation in Rochdale is seeking an experienced Electrician to join their team. This role offers consistent work, a straightforward schedule, and a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position after the initial 12-week contract. As an electrician, you will be working on a domestic social housing contract, carrying out EICRs, inspection and testing, and associated remedial works across void and occupied local authority properties.
