1st Fix Joiner – Blackpool Location: Blackpool Rate: £23.00–£25.00 per hour CIS Job Type: Contract / Temporary Start Date: Immediate Project: New Commercial Office Development We are currently looking for an experienced 1st Fix Joiner to work on a new commercial office development in the Blackpool area. The Role You will be responsible for carrying out a range of 1st fix carpentry and joinery works, including: Timber stud partitioning and framework Door and window framing General 1st fix carpentry Timber installation and preparation Working from construction drawings Measuring, cutting and installing timber accurately Working safely and efficiently alongside other trades Requirements Proven experience as a 1st Fix Joiner Previous commercial or new-build experience preferred Valid CSCS card Own tools Ability to read and work from drawings Good quality workmanship and attention to detail Reliable, hardworking and punctual Pay & Benefits £23.00–£25.00 per hour CIS Long-term work available New-build commercial project Immediate start available Regular hours Opportunity for ongoing work If you are an experienced 1st Fix Joiner looking for your next opportunity in Blackpool, apply now with your CV.
