We’re currently recruiting for a reliable and proactive Multi-Skilled Handyperson to cover 4 weeks for our client, a leading provider of Build to Rent accommodation. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy and diverse environment, delivering a wide range of maintenance tasks in a Build to Rent accommodation setting. If you have strong hands-on experience and are available to start immediately, we want to hear from you! Multi-Skilled Handyperson Key Responsibilities: Plumbing Tasks: Basic plumbing repairs and maintenance. Painting Decorating: Basic painting and decorating work. Electrical Work: Minor electrical tasks (not essential). Waste Management: Handling waste and bin maintenance. Grounds Maintenance: Ensuring the exterior areas are well-maintained. Room Repairs: General repairs within student rooms. Silicone Work: Sealing and silicone application. General Repairs: Various general property repairs and upkeep tasks.
