Whether welcoming visitors, supporting busy service periods, or guiding customers through the space, this role helps ensure every guest feels relaxed, informed and well looked after.
About the Role: We are looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Host to join the Daylesford Farm Shop team. This is a highly guest-facing role, combining warm welcomes with practical support across the shop and café areas. - Manage guest flow during busy periods, including waitlists or seating coordination where required
- Communicate clearly with café, retail and management teams to ensure smooth service
- Support customers with general enquiries about the Farm Shop, café, produce and facilities
- Maintain a calm, friendly presence during peak trading times
- Ensure entrance and host areas are kept clean, organised and inviting
- Assist with guest communications, reservations or special requests when needed
