About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment Advisor to join our People Team at the Bamford Collection.

Rooted in a shared commitment to sustainability, wellbeing, craftsmanship and exceptional experiences, the Bamford Collection brings together luxury hospitality, wellness, retail and organic food businesses, all united by a passion for quality and meaningful human connection.

Based at Daylesford Farm in the Cotswolds and reporting to the Recruitment Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a people‑focused recruiter to take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, attracting and engaging talented individuals who will help bring our purpose and values to life across the business.

This is a fast‑paced, high‑volume role offering exposure to a diverse range of vacancies across our farm shop, restaurants, pubs, private members' club and head office functions. We are looking for someone who thrives on building trusted relationships, delivering exceptional candidate experiences, and identifying individuals who not only have the right skills, but who share our commitment to outstanding service, authenticity and care.

An ambassador for the Bamford Collection, you will shape first impressions of our business, ensuring every candidate experiences a warm, professional and engaging recruitment journey that reflects our culture and values.

This role is full time, 40 hours per week and based in the office 5 days a week.

Salary

£38,000 per annum.

Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for hiring managers providing constructive best practice recruitment advice.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent with ad‑hoc travel to our London stores.
  • Actively manage candidates through the end‑to‑end recruitment process, delivering a high‑touch, engaging and exciting candidate journey.
  • Responsible for every stage of the recruitment process – from drafting compelling job adverts, sourcing, screening and selection, scheduling, hiring, and onboarding, ensuring a positive, professional and inclusive experience at all times.
  • Review, action and manage all incoming applications using the Bamford Collection Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with capability and cultural fit always at the forefront of your mind.
  • Proactively develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Optimise job boards and direct sourcing strategies to source candidates directly for hard‑to‑fill and more specific vacancies.
  • Assist with planning and executing on‑site and off‑site recruitment events and assessment centres to attract top talent.
  • Attend and support internal and external recruitment, careers and networking events to directly connect with potential candidates, build relationships and increase the company's brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities and industry‑related organisations to create recruitment pipelines for future talent.
  • Brand representation – act as a passionate ambassador for the Bamford Collection, embodying our purpose and values.
  • Act with initiative and foresight, ensuring recruitment activity is seamless, efficient and aligned with our brand standards and values.
  • Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp and aligning with our sustainability vision.
  • Inspire and empower our customers, suppliers and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a lasting positive impact on the world.

Skills You Will Bring

  • In‑house recruitment experience is a must – managing full‑lifecycle recruitment across multiple levels and departments, preferably from a hospitality or retail background.
  • Establish collaborative, long‑term relationships with hiring managers, ensuring open communication, trust and a shared focus on attracting the right talent.
  • Ability to work both independently and proactively bringing new recruitment ideas to the table.
  • Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools effectively.
  • Time management and strong organisation skills – able to juggle multiple vacancies, prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Creative and forward‑thinking – finding innovative ways to attract top talent.
  • Capable of managing multiple vacancies and stakeholder requirements simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of delivery.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance throughout the recruitment process.
