ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment Advisor to join our People Team at the Bamford Collection, based at Daylesford Farm in the Cotswolds.
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a people-passionate recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle across Daylesford Organic, sourcing and engaging the very best talent to join our teams.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume role offering an exciting variety of positions across our production, farm shops, and cafés in the Cotswolds and London. We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and thrives on building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. You will recruit operational roles such as Chefs, Bakers, and Retail Team Members, as well as specialist positions across our head office.

Salary up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as first point of contact for our hiring managers providing constructive best practice recruitment advice.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent with ad hoc travel to our London stores.
- Actively managing candidates through the end-to-end recruitment process delivering a high touch, engaging and exciting candidate journey.
- Responsible for every stage of the recruitment process – from drafting compelling job adverts, sourcing, screening and selection, scheduling, hiring, and onboarding ensuring a positive, professional and inclusive experience at all times.
- Review, action, and manage all incoming applications using the Bamford Collection Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with capability and cultural fit always at the forefront of your mind.
- Proactively develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
- Optimise job boards, and direct sourcing strategies to source candidates direct for hard to fill and more specific vacancies.
- Assist with planning and executing onsite and offsite recruitment events and assessment centres to attract top talent.
- Attending and supporting with internal and external recruitment, careers and networking events to directly connect with potential candidates, build relationships, and increase the company\’s brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, and industry-related organisations to create recruitment pipelines for future talent.
- Brand Representation – Act as a passionate ambassador for the Bamford Collection, embodying our purpose and values.
- Act with initiative and foresight, ensuring recruitment activity is seamless, efficient, and aligned with our brand standards and values.
- Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Inhouse recruitment experience is a must – managing full lifecycle recruitment across multiple levels and departments, from a hospitality or retail background.
- Establish collaborative, long-term relationships with hiring managers, ensuring open communication, trust and a shared focus on attracting the right talent.
- Ability to work both independently and proactively bringing new recruitment ideas to the table.
- Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools effectively.
- Time Management and strong organisation skills – able to juggle multiple vacancies, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
- Creative and forward thinking – finding innovative ways to attract top talent.
