ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for someone who can help us maintain a clean and safe production kitchen, working alongside the strong team of ProductionChefs and Production Assistants.

We aim to fulfil our orders at a rate of more than 98%, pass our internal/external food safety audits, and gain national recognition for our organic products. The Production Kitchen Porter is instrumental in us reaching these targets.

Salary: £12.70
HOURS: Full time (Must have flexibility to work weekends)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that a clean and safe working environment is maintained at all times
• Ensure that the Production team have clean and safe equipment with which to work with as and when it is required
• Ensure that deliveries are received and stored promptly and safely, observing our stock rotation and traceability requirements
• Ensure that, where food preparation duties are required, all ingredients are prepared, weighed and measured ready for production
• Ensure that cleaning rotas are adhered to at all times
• Ensure that waste is separated into correct recycling bins and is removed from site throughout, as well as at the end of, shift
• Comply with the production unit’s internal and external audit requirements
• Contribute to the award-winning standard of all Daylesford Organic products
• Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.
