ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an ambitious and highly organised National Account Executive for a 6‑month fixed term contract to join our dynamic Wholesale team, supporting one of our most important retail partnerships, Ocado. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in account management within a purpose‑led business at the forefront of organic farming, sustainability and exceptional food and homeware products. You will gain valuable hands‑on experience across commercial planning, product launches, promotions and customer strategy, while working closely with a passionate and collaborative team. In this role, you will support the Account Manager in delivering the 2026 budget, manage new product listings and critical paths, coordinate product content and imagery through Brandbank, and help execute engaging promotional and media plans. You will also play an important part in delivering key seasonal campaigns, including Christmas, while supporting the ongoing growth and success of the Ocado account.
Competitive Salary
HOURS: 40 hours a week. This role is office based at the Daylesford Farm in Gloucestershire.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support delivery of the Ocado budget for 2026 through sales analysis, forecasting and performance tracking.
- Assist in managing the Ambient and Homeware categories, identifying opportunities for growth and building strong relationships with Ocado contacts.
- Coordinate new product listings, maintaining critical path and range planning documents to ensure timely and accurate launches.
- Manage product content through Brandbank, ensuring imagery, descriptions, allergens and nutritional information are accurate and legally compliant.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional and media activity, analysing performance to provide insights and recommendations.
- Assist with key seasonal trading periods, including Christmas, ensuring all activity is coordinated effectively across teams.
- Support the ongoing management of current product lines, including product tagging, visibility, customer reviews and general account administration.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a similar role within a retail, FMCG, wholesale or food industry environment is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy across all aspects of work.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments and manage stakeholder expectations to meet deadlines.
- Good numerical and analytical skills, with confidence in interpreting data and drawing insights.
- Competent in working with data, with strong Excel skills or experience using similar analytical tools.
- Demonstrable passion for high‑quality food, sustainable farming and aligned brand values.
- High level of initiative with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Positive “can do” attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
