Responsibilities
- Support your colleagues with a flexible, proactive, and positive approach
- Work confidently as part of a team and independently when required
- Deliver outstanding service at all times
- Ensure the efficient, timely turnaround of all laundry items
- Process laundry for departments across the entire Bamford Collection
- Adhere to all operational standards to maintain exceptional quality
- Bring our purpose to life by supporting meaningful environmental and social initiatives, helping drive our journey as a B Corp
- Inspire our community, partners, and suppliers to live and work more consciously, contributing to a more sustainable world
Experience/Requirements
- Experience in a similar role is welcome but not essential - we provide full training.
- Our laundry team is small, and there will be times you work independently, so being self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player is key.
