ABOUT THE ROLE
Step into the heart of our team and play a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. You’ll help maintain a spotless, safe environment across the pot-wash and back-of-house areas, ensuring everything is ready for exceptional dining experiences. Whether you have previous experience in hospitality or you’re eager to start your journey in the industry, we’d love to hear from you! RESPONSIBILITIES
- Wash pots, pans, plates, and cutlery to the highest standard.
- Ensure everything is cleaned, polished, and returned quickly so the kitchen runs like clockwork.
- Wash and disinfect pot-wash appliances, work surfaces, floors, and walls to maintain a pristine environment.
- Follow all back-of-house due diligence and hygiene standards.
- Take responsibility for cleaning routines and ensure they’re always adhered to.
- Remove and recycle waste efficiently from the restaurant areas.
- Comply with internal audit requirements to keep standards sky-high.
- Assist the kitchen team with food prep when needed—get hands-on and learn new skills!
