ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead the pre-opening, launch, and ongoing operation of The Mill , Bamford Collection's next exciting luxury opening in the Cotswolds.
This flagship destination will combine a luxury hotel, private members' club, and exceptional hospitality experiences for both members and the public.
You will lead the pre-opening programme, recruit and inspire high-performing teams, and shape an outstanding guest experience across accommodation, dining, and membership.
Following launch, you will have full accountability for commercial and operational performance, including P we contribute up to 4.5%.
