ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll lead and motivate the team, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and help drive daily operations to success. About gratuities & service charge:
Gratuities are paid on a pro-rata basis. It is estimated that in 2026, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £7,280 in addition to their annual salary. The base salary is £26,811 plus a qualified estimate of £7,280 in gratuities and service charge. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.
