Applications are now open for our Future Foodie Internship, a unique, year-long programme beginning in October 2026 at the heart of Daylesford Organic Farm in the beautiful Cotswolds.
Designed to inspire and develop the next generation of food professionals, this immersive programme offers the opportunity to learn from some of the UK's most talented chefs, growers and artisan producers. More than just an internship, it's a chance to build the skills, knowledge and experience that could lead to a long-term career with the Daylesford family.
Throughout the year, you'll gain hands-on experience across every stage of our food journey, from field to fork. You'll work within our Market Garden, Farm Shop Kitchens, Cookery School, Deli, one of our Daylesford Stays pub kitchens, and our four artisan Production Units, discovering the craftsmanship, care and passion that make Daylesford so unique.
You'll also get the choice to spend up to 4 weeks exploring other areas of the business, being able to choose from Technical, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sustainability, Buying, and more, giving you a well-rounded understanding of one of the UK's most respected food and farming businesses.
This is a paid, hands-on internship, so you'll need to be curious, enthusiastic and ready to roll up your sleeves. Previous experience isn't essential—what matters most is a genuine love of great food, a willingness to learn and the drive to make the most of this exceptional opportunity.
