ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Front of House supervisor at The Three Horseshoes, Asthall.
As a supervisor, you will be responsible for leading service standards and supporting the wider business objectives. You will report to the General Manager and work alongside the operational teams.
You will be responsible for leading a small team; previous leadership experience is advantageous. You should be a natural leader and role model, willing to share your knowledge and experience in F&B.
You will be an ambassador for The Bamford Collection, a group of brands committed to nourishing people and the planet.
SALARY: £13.25 per hour plus tronc
Weekly pay planned from October 2025
HOURS: Part Time – 30 Hours
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent service as a host to guests and residents.
- Ensure the restaurant, pub, and garden are set up for the day; check tables, replenish stock, and maintain standards, delegating tasks as needed.
- Drive average spend per head through recommendations and upselling.
- Maintain full knowledge of the menu, including beverages, and provide detailed descriptions, recommendations, and allergen advice.
- Manage shifts effectively, motivate the front of house team, and ensure seamless service.
- Maximize sales through efficient table management and collaboration with the kitchen and bar teams.
- Plan staffing needs, prepare schedules, and manage holiday requests.
- Ensure accurate transactions, including balancing floats, banking, and cash reconciliation.
- Highlight health and safety matters to management.
- Deliver and embody \’REAL The Horseshoes experience.\’
- Support social and environmental initiatives, contribute to B Corp journey, and promote sustainability.
- Inspire customers, suppliers, and partners to work consciously, creating a positive global impact.
