About the Role
The Wild Rabbit is a modern British inn located in the heart of the Cotswolds, offering a relaxed and welcoming setting to eat, drink, and sleep. As our family grows, we are seeking a passionate and experienced F&B Assistant to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of service throughout the restaurant, pub, and private dining room. Your responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to our guests at all times.
Salary: £12.38 per hour plus TRONC
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the restaurant, pub, and private dining spaces are set up for each meal period, adhering to specific standards.
- Deliver outstanding guest service by exceeding expectations.
- Maintain all work equipment, crockery, cutlery, and glassware in perfect condition, polished, and well-stocked.
- Have thorough knowledge of all dishes and beverages, be able to describe them engagingly, and be aware of potential allergens.
- Monitor the timing and flow of service, alerting management to any delays.
- Ensure bills are accurate and processed correctly.
- Contribute to our purpose by promoting social and environmental improvements, supporting our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.
- Inspire and empower customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a positive impact.
