The Three Horseshoes is a modern British inn located in the heart of the Cotswolds, offering a relaxed and welcoming setting to eat, drink, and sleep. We are growing our team and are seeking a passionate and experienced F&B Assistant to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of service throughout the restaurant and pub.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional service to our guests at all times.
- Setting up the restaurant, pub, and private dining spaces for each meal period, adhering to specific standards.
- Providing outstanding guest service by exceeding expectations.
- Having thorough knowledge of all menu dishes and beverages, and being able to discuss them confidently with guests, including allergen information.
- Monitoring the timing and flow of service at your tables and alerting the manager to any delays.
- Ensuring bills are accurate and processed correctly.
- Contributing to our sustainability goals by supporting our purpose and social/environmental initiatives as a B Corp.
