About The Role

At Daylesford Organic, we’re looking for a creative and motivated eCommerce Coordinator to join our growing digital team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our online journey supporting the day-to-day operations of our website, driving sales by making sure our products look their best, our website is inspiring, and our customers enjoy the same exceptional experience online as they do in our farm shops.
You’ll help us grow our digital presence, ensuring smooth execution of online sales, content management, product launches and marketing activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves digital, is curious about new trends, and wants to learn and grow with a brand that’s passionate about sustainability, organic living, and innovation. Based at our Daylesford office in the Cotswolds, this role is full time, 40 hours per week, salary £28,000 – £32,000 per annum.
Responsibilities
- Website Management: Supporting with new product launches to ensure they go live on time; collaborating with the Assistant Online Trading Manager to make seasonal campaign updates based on the marketing calendar and trading plans; working with different teams including marketing and events to ensure our products, events, and content are accurate, engaging, and easy to shop.
- Customer Journey: Inspire customers by delivering a seamless online experience that reflects who we are; support the CRM team with data-led product recommendations for marketing emails; collaborate with the wider team to ensure stock availability and customer issues are resolved quickly; proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer journey.
- Reporting & Development: Help the team to report on sales and customer trends; assist the team to develop and deliver digital projects; share ideas and insights on what competitors are doing and how we can improve; contribute to our sustainability journey, helping bring our purpose and B Corp values to life.
Qualifications / Skills You Will Bring
- Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or online sales ideally within a retail environment is preferable.
- This is an entry level role, open to graduates passionate about a career in Digital and a drive to learn.
- Strong commercial awareness with an ability to analyse online sales data and identify actionable insights.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with web reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
- Experience with CMS systems such as Magento or Shopify is preferable.
- A proactive attitude, able to take initiative with a passion for delivering high-quality online customer experiences.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies is beneficial.
