SALARY: £13.21 per hour
HOURS: 45 hours per week
Monday - Friday, 05.00-14.30 / 07.00-16.30, with rotating Saturday shifts during peak periods (September-March).

We're recruiting Food Production Operatives to join our family-owned business on the beautiful Daylesford Farm. Working with fresh, organic produce, you'll help create our award-winning products enjoyed by customers across the UK.

This role also includes staff meals during shifts, plus 1 additional day of annual leave for every year of service after 2 years.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and handle fresh, organic ingredients straight from our farm, executing all Daylesford Organic products to company specification.

Follow recipes and procedures with care and precision.

Keep our production areas clean, safe and well organised.

Support with stock rotation, labelling, packaging and order preparation for Retail, Catering and Wholesale.
