We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis Waiter to join our front-of-house team. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone with a genuine passion for hospitality who wants to learn the craft of fine dining service. As a Commis Waiter, you will support the senior front-of-house team during service, assisting in the smooth running of the restaurant while building knowledge of food, wine, and service etiquette. You\’ll gain hands-on experience in a 3 Rosette fine dining environment and have the opportunity to develop your career in one of the most exciting hospitality teams in the Cotswolds.,
- Support the Chef de Rang and senior FOH team to ensure smooth, polished service
- Prepare and maintain the restaurant setup before each service, ensuring high standards of presentation
- Assist with polishing cutlery, glassware, and crockery, ensuring everything is immaculate for service
- Shadow senior colleagues to learn the craft of fine dining service, from presenting dishes to wine etiquette
- Anticipate the needs of your section and provide support promptly and efficiently
- Communicate with the kitchen and FOH team to maintain flow and timing of service
- Develop a knowledge of the menu, seasonal produce, and allergens to assist guests with confidence
Previous hospitality experience is beneficial, though not essential – full training will be provided

The on target earning potential for this role is 32,479.20 per annum based on a 45-hour contract – comprising a base salary of 29,969.20, plus a qualified estimate of 3,510 in gratuities and service charge.
