EARNINGS: £14.00 per hour + TRONC, paid weekly!
HOURS: Up to 25 hours per week, 09:00-13:00, 4/5 days per week, including weekends.

ABOUT THE ROLE: In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, guiding and supporting a team to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene across guest rooms and public areas. You'll organise daily workloads, manage schedules, monitor stock levels, report maintenance issues, and ensure all health and safety standards are consistently met. As a key member of the team, you'll lead by example through training, coaching, and motivating colleagues to deliver outstanding results. If you're an organised, proactive leader with a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact and help create an exceptional guest experience.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE:
- Previous experience within a housekeeping environment, ideally within hospitality, hotels, leisure, or a similar customer-focused setting.
- Experience supervising, leading, or supporting a team.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent standards.
