Overview
Daylesford Organic, one of the most famous farm estates and organic producers in the UK, with luxury cafs and farm shops in London and the Cotswolds. We are looking for a Bartender to join our Daylesford Farm team in our award-winning Trough restaurant & Oldspot Cafe.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, answer questions about the menu, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as food items, following established recipes and quality standards.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the caf by cleaning tables, counters, equipment, and the overall environment regularly.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations, including restocking supplies, assisting in inventory management, and supporting each other during busy periods.

- EARNINGS: 12.38 per hour + TRONC, paid weekly
- HOURS: 40 hours, including weekends
