As a Bartender at The Fox at Oddington, you must possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional drinks to the bar and restaurant. You'll be able to interact confidently with your guests and build lasting relationships.
SALARY: £12.38 per hour
HOURS: 40 hrs per week - Weekend work included
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- To deliver the best cocktails and drinks alongside our award-winning food.
- To ensure customer delight within the bar and restaurant.
- To assist the Head Barman and Beverage Manager in all day-to-day operations.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent customer service skills; friendly, attentive, and professional when engaging with guests.
- Strong knowledge of drinks and mixology; confident in preparing a wide range of cocktails and beverages.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; efficiently handle multiple orders without compromising quality.
- Proficient in cash handling and POS systems; accurately manage payments, tabs, and register operations.
- High standards of cleanliness and hygiene; maintain a tidy bar area in line with food safety regulations.
