Wrightbus, the first bus manufacturer to launch repowering at scale, introduces NewPower to accelerate the decarbonisation of bus fleets across the UK, ensuring zero carbon emissions on all journeys. We are therefore recruiting a Welder Fabricator for the Bicester, Oxfordshire site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Setting up and operating Mig welding machines.
  • Efficiently processing metal components to the required quality standard.
  • Identifying parts/weldments; jigs and fixture types to enable the completion of the welding process of all metal assemblies to the required standards.
  • Proper handling of machines, product, and tooling at all times.
  • Ensuring shut down of all welding equipment as necessary.
