Purpose Of Post : The postholder will be responsible for the flow of material throughout the Production Line, ensuring that Production operatives have the correct quantities of material delivered to them on time and to the correct location. The postholder will control any deviations from the material standard and implement corrective action to prevent future occurrences. Key Tasks : Evaluate rebuys on a daily basis raised on the R2 system. Raise all rebuys and rejects for area of responsibility Investigate and resolve parts that have been lost by completing Stock Reconciliations on all high frequency parts. Investigate damaged parts and establish corrective actions for all high frequency parts. Liaise with appropriate departments to rectify reoccurring problems. Ensure all rejects from Production are properly documented and returned to the Stores Ensure there are no outstanding purchase orders for rejects or rebuys and liaise with purchasing have these parts delivered.
