We're looking for skilled and motivated Fleet Engineer to deliver exceptional aftersales support to our customers across the UK and beyond. This is a customer-facing role where you'll be instrumental in ensuring Wrightbus remains the preferred supplier through the delivery of world-class service.
What You'll Do
As a Fleet Engineer, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving vehicle faults efficiently and professionally. You'll build strong relationships, offer expert advice, and ensure technical issues are resolved with minimal disruption.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and Wrightbus manuals.
- Performing warranty and campaign repairs in line with company procedures.
- Communicating root cause analysis and repair estimates to the Parts.
