Wrightbus Refurbishment is a forward-thinking after sales division of Wrightbus, dedicated to revolutionising public transportation with environmentally friendly technology. Wrightbus Refurbishment supports Wrightbus as the fastest growing manufacturing company in Europe. We are therefore recruiting a General Operative for the Southam, Warwickshire site.

  • Clean bus interiors, including seats, floors, windows, handrails and driver areas.
  • Wash and polish bus exteriors.
  • Remove rubbish and dispose of waste properly.
  • Responsible for the safe operation of plant equipment and or hand tools associated with the manufacturing process.
  • Responsible for compliance with the company's health and safety policy and procedures.
  • Undertake training or retraining associated with the post, or the introduction of new working practices.
  • Undertake all duties in line with General Data Protection and maintain the utmost level of confidentiality.
  • You must comply with the no smoking policy.

Monday to Wednesday 07:30 - 18:00 Thursday 07:30 - 17:00
