Theroleinvolvescustomerrelationshipmanagement,marketanalysis,andensureastronglinktoitscustomerbasehe(she)willhavecreated.

KeyResponsibilities:

CustomerRelationshipManagement:

  • Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithnewandexistingclients.
  • Identifycustomerneedsandproposesuitabletruckandcommercialvehiclesmodelsandsolutions.
  • Handlehigh-valuenegotiationsandcloselarge-scaledeals.
  • Provideregularreportsonmarketinsightsandsalesperformancetomanagement.
  • Attendselectedeventsandtradeshowstobuildanddevelopitscustomerportfolio.

Compliance:

  • Ensurecompliancewithcompanypolicies,industryregulations,andethicalstandards.
  • Maintainaccuraterecordsofsalesactivities,contracts,andclientinteractionsinourSalesforceCRM

Requirements:

  • Education:Bachelorsdegreeinbusinessadministrationorarelatedfield(MBApreferred).
  • Experience:3+yearsintrucksalesorcommercialvehiclessales.
  • Skills:Strongnegotiationandcommunicationabilities.ProficiencyinCRMsoftwareandMS-Office.
  • Knowledge:In-depthunderstandingoftrucks,vehiclespecifications,andconversions.
