Wrightbus is a fast-paced, high-growth company at the forefront of zero-emission transport solutions. We are looking for skilled and motivated Mobile Service Engineers to deliver exceptional aftersales support to our customers across the UK and beyond.

This is a customer-facing role where you will be instrumental in ensuring Wrightbus remains the preferred supplier through the delivery of world-class service.

As a Mobile Service Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving vehicle faults efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and Wrightbus manuals.
  • Communicating root cause analysis and repair estimates to the Parts & Service Team.
  • Promoting Wrightbus parts and services to customers.
  • Supporting customers on-site and at various locations as required.
  • Participating in ongoing training, including factory-based and EV/Hydrogen systems.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Heavy Vehicle or PSV Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a heavy vehicle/PSV environment, dealership, or fleet.
  • Strong mechanical and technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair faults effectively.
  • Flexibility to work weekend or alternative shifts on a rota basis.
