Position: Mobile Support Engineer
Location: London
Hours: 38 hours per week
Schedule: 5 days per week, day shift
Shift Pattern: Tuesday to Saturday

We're looking for skilled and motivated Mobile Service Engineers to deliver exceptional aftersales support to our customers across the UK and beyond. This is a customer-facing role where you'll be instrumental in ensuring Wrightbus remains the preferred supplier through the delivery of world-class service.
What You'll Do
- As a Mobile Service Engineer, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving vehicle faults efficiently and professionally.
- You'll build strong relationships, offer expert advice, and ensure technical issues are resolved with minimal disruption.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and Wrightbus manuals.
- Performing warranty and campaign repairs in line with company procedures.
- Communicating root cause analysis and repair estimates to the Parts & Service Team.
- Promoting Wrightbus parts and services to customers.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with audit standards.
- Supporting customers on-site and at various locations as required.
- Participating in ongoing training, including factory-based and EV/Hydrogen systems.
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Heavy Vehicle or PSV Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 1 year experience in a heavy vehicle/PSV environment, dealership, or fleet.
- Strong mechanical and technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair faults effectively.
- Flexibility to work weekend or alternative shifts on a rota basis.
