As a Client Services Coordinator, or team member you\’ll be instrumental in maintaining high-quality interactions with clients and remotely located workers. Using your exceptional interpersonal skills, you\’ll ensure the quality of our data, the performance of our workers, and overall customer satisfaction remain paramount, whether communicating over the phone or through virtual platforms like Teams.
