Nursery Nurse

We are currently recruiting a permanent Nursery Practitioner for a beautiful nursery that is part of a small chain with beautiful resources. This role is a permanent position working over 40 hours on a rota basis between 7.30am and 6.00pm.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 in Childcare
• Sound knowledge of EYFS
• Organisational skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills
• Positive individual that loves working as a team
• Experience of working with children
• Punctuality, patience, reliability and trustworthiness

Responsibilities

• Displaying a real passion for childcare
• Communicate well with management, colleagues, parents and children
• Observe and plan for your key children using the EYFS
• Ensure the needs of the children are met, giving physical, emotional and intellectual guidance as appropriate
• Lunch/snacks duty
• Promoting best practice in the nursery
• Effectively supporting team members
