What you need for the Room Leader role in Hendon

• Excellent understanding of the EYFS, FBV and Safeguarding
• Minimum Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent or higher
• Key working experience
• Some senior Nursery Nurse or Room Leader experience
• Ability to communicate with parents
• able to plan and create activities independently
