We are now looking to appoint a new Project Manager who can bring structure, clarity and commercial focus to our delivery process. The successful candidate will build strong, long-term client relationships and become the central point of contact for clients and internal teams.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a project or account management role within an agency environment
  • Proven experience of managing website projects
  • Experience in WordPress and Shopify would be beneficial, as would a strong understanding of running/maintaining a website (e.g., knowing your way around a CMS)
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams (design, development, marketing)
  • Commercial awareness, managing budgets and spotting growth opportunities
  • This role requires strong organisation and planning skills as you’ll be coordinating up to 20 milestones at any one time – you will need to be super organised to achieve this successfully
  • Confident communication and problem-solving skills - to manage expectations from both clients and internal teams
  • Experience with tools like Teamwork or similar project management platforms (preferred)
