Job type: Full-time; Hybrid
SALARY: £26,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
ROLE DESCRIPTION: Working within a business unit, the role will be varied and fast-paced and you will be supporting on the running of projects such as advisory boards, events, webinars, websites, e-learning, training slides, articles, educational and promotional materials. You will be responsible for all designated tasks including content creation and development, briefing production teams and managing client approval processes. This role requires strong project management skills where you will need to manage often competing deadlines with effective prioritisation. You will be required to draft project timelines, independently managing project milestones, reporting time spent, identifying limiting factors early, and suggesting plans to overcome potential issues, risks and barriers. This role will allow you to gain knowledge and experience of a wide range of therapeutic areas and products, the NHS landscape and industry standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project management: Support on the running of selected projects, from project inception through to delivery.
- Time management: Manage timelines and deadlines through effective prioritisation to ensure all projects are delivered on time.
- Communication: Provide clear briefs to production teams and up to date status of projects that you are working on to business unit.
- Financial management: Contribute to the management of project budgets and be able to accurately record your time.
- Quality control: Follow all quality control processes with a high level of attention to detail.
Candidates must have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in running or working on events.
- Experience of managing deadlines.
- Experience of working in an office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated and keen to learn.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
