Working within a business unit, the role will be varied and fast-paced and you will be expected to take the lead on projects such as meetings and events, advisory boards, webinars, training slides, websites, e-learning, videos, articles, educational and promotional materials. You will be directly responsible for the quoting, planning, implementation, and outcomes of your projects ensuring they are delivered to the highest quality on-time and on budget.
Within your close-knit team, you will help to develop junior members to build their knowledge and expertise contributing to the success of the team and on-going growth of the company.
- Project management: Be the lead on projects, keeping them on schedule, on budget and to the brief.
- Client service: Develop strong working relationships with your clients, providing clear status updates, problem solving and identifying opportunities to expand the account.
- Growth: Be proactive in identifying opportunities to expand accounts and improve efficiencies.
- Financial and quality control: Maintain and uphold financial and quality control processes with a high level of scrutiny and attention to detail.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical communications agency or similar roles in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (degree in communications, marketing or similar will also be considered). Experienced in running multiple projects concurrently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Veeva PromoMats. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The interview process will consist of a preliminary screening interview (virtual), first interview with the Business Unit Director (virtual) and a 2 hour interview including tasks to be completed on site at the Bamboo office.
