Trusts Fundraising Manager
Location: London/Hybrid (2 days in the office)
Salary: £39,520 – £46,800 (DOE)

The Role
They are seeking an experienced Trusts Fundraising Manager to play a pivotal role in securing vital funding from trusts, foundations, and statutory funders. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling grant applications, building relationships with key funders, and ensuring they meet their ambitious fundraising targets. This role is essential in driving their income strategy and enabling them to continue delivering life-changing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and submission of high-quality funding applications.
- Identify, research, and cultivate new funding opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing funders.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop accurate budgets and project proposals.
- Track and manage multiple applications, ensuring timely reporting and compliance.
- Contribute to the organisation’s overall fundraising strategy and income targets.
About You
Experience:
- Proven track record of securing major grants, with an annual fundraising target of £600,000+.
- Strong managerial experience
- Strong experience in researching, preparing, and submitting successful funding bids.
- Experience managing relationships with trusts, foundations, and statutory funders.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of homelessness, housing policy, and the voluntary sector.
- Familiarity with the welfare benefits system and social care landscape.
