About the role

The Senior Designer will conceptualise, develop, and execute innovative design solutions across websites, apps, software, and digital experiences. With a focus on creating intuitive, efficient, and user-centric designs, you will collaborate closely with strategy and engineering teams to deliver engineer-ready solutions and build design systems from the ground up.

About your background

  • Portfolio of work that showcases expertise across UX, UI, and product/experience design. From research and idea development, to testing and end-to-end design.
  • Skilled in tackling complex challenges for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Proficient in industry-standard tools, including Figma.
  • Expertise in crafting engineer-ready designs and partnering with strategy, product, and engineering teams.
  • Balances design, technical and commercial skills, designing solutions that meet both business and user needs.
