Nursery Nurse

We are currently recruiting a permanent Nursery Practitioner for a beautiful nursery that is part of a small chain with beautiful resources. This role is a permanent position working over 40 hours on a rota basis between 7.30am and 6.00pm.

What you need for the Nursery Practitioner role in Flackwell Heath, Buckinghamshire

• Level 2 or 3 in Childcare.
• Sound knowledge of EYFS
• Organisational skills
• Interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive individual that loves working as a team
• Experience of working with children
• Punctuality, patience, reliability and trustworthiness.

Responsibilities of the roles include

• Displaying a real passion for childcare.
• Communicate well with management, colleagues, parents and children.
• Observe and plan for your key children using the EYFS.
• Ensure the needs of the children are met, giving physical, emotional and intellectual guidance as appropriate.
• Lunch/snacks duty
• Promoting best practice in the nursery.
• Effectively supporting team members
