BAM UK and Ireland are looking for a Regional Director - Scotland to join our Scotland Region to be based from any of the region's offices on a hybrid basis. This role is intended to drive greater emphasis on managing and leading the business to become a market leader in the UK and Ireland.
The Regional Director will be required to provide senior leadership and strategic direction for the Region, achieving our safety, sustainability, and financial goals through the effective management of people, projects, supply chain and clients, in line with our divisional strategy.
Making Possible: Develop and iteratively review the Regional and client strategy, ensuring alignment with the UK.
