BAM Ground Engineering Drill & Blast Department have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quarry Driller. They are an industry leading company within the extractives industry providing fully integrated blasting services for government organisations, local authorities, main contractors, utilities, and public/private companies.

As a Quarry Driller, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Operating drilling rigs
  • Maintaining equipment
  • Working alongside our blasting teams to deliver safe, efficient results

Maintaining the very highest standards of health and safety, quality, and professionalism at all times.

Although previous experience in the quarry drilling industry is not essential, it is desirable that the candidate has experience working outdoors, preferably in a construction environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Emergency First Aid At Work Training (One Day)
  • Manual Handling Training
  • Ability to work flexible hours + weekends, including some overnight stays away from home
