BAM UK & Ireland is seeking a Talent & Learning Facilitator for a 12-month FTC. The role can be based anywhere in the UK, with hybrid home/office working and regular weekly travel with overnight stays across the UK & Ireland.
You will deliver Learning Academy interventions, support leadership capability initiatives, and measure impact with reporting to help drive continuous improvement across our People team. A strong background in learning design and facilitation is essential.
