BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting an FM Premises Officer/ Site Manager - Soft Services to join our FM team at The Bridge Academy in Sutton Coldfield. This site-based role runs split shifts (7:30am-1:00pm and 3:30pm-5:30pm) and covers M&E, building fabric, and caretaker duties to ensure a safe, compliant school environment.
You will coordinate subcontractors, manage health and safety compliance, maintain records, and liaise with the Trust and school leadership.
