The Heights Academy in Solihull hosts a BAM FM Premises Officer/Site Manager - Soft Services. The role operates split shifts from 7:00am–10:30am and 3:00pm–6:00pm, Monday to Friday, on a site-based basis with occasional travel to other Trust sites.
You will lead all FM services on site, including M&E, building fabric and caretaking, ensuring safety, compliance and timely delivery to the school. DBS checks and a full UK driving licence are required.
