We’re seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Office Manager to join our friendly ASTI Framework project team in Peterhead, Scotland. The ASTI Framework projects are focused on energy infrastructure, primarily building new substations to support Scotland's transition to net zero. Based at our Peterhead site office, you’ll be an integral part of a team committed to making a real impact. This is a full-time office-based role at our project office in Peterhead, Scotland. As Office Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Reporting of KPI's
- Meet and greet all employees who visit the site
- Utilising and setting up the site clocking system
- Completing the site resource tracker each week
- General filing and office duties
- Soft copy file management
- Record Keeping
- Assisting managers with clerical duties
- Ordering office consumables
- Correspondence in and out
- General office housekeeping
- Managing the meeting rooms and office hot desks
What do you bring to the role?
- Strong interpersonal skills
- At least 2 years experience in a fast‑paced similar role
- Strong IT experience, preferably with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a large‑scale, multi‑site organisation
- Ability to use time productively, maximise efficiency, and strong time management skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
