What do you bring to the role?
Ideally will have an Engineering Degree or equivalent. Experience working in the Construction industry within Building Services. Good inter-personal, communication and collaborative skills. Must be able to manage workload and have good time management. Working well individually; as a team member; leading a team. Good knowledge of Mechanical systems and ability to use other IT software (specific training will be given). Previous management experience would be beneficial for this role.
