BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Senior Pre-Construction Administrator to join our Construction Segment, based in from any UK office on a hybrid basis.
Making PossibleThe Pre-Construction Administrator will support the regional preconstruction function of the business. This role involves managing the governance timetable and timely preparation of supporting documents from the wider team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Pre-Construction Director UK&I.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparation and distribution of agendas and supporting materials.
- Organise domestic and international travel arrangements as required.
- Plan and coordinate site visits, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
- Arrange and support corporate events including sponsorship events, client dinners, conferences, and social functions.
- Act as a point of contact for regional offices and assist with client liaison activities where required.
- Manage bid submission dates and coordinate governance deadlines.
- Support in the preparation of governance documents and manage contributors to meet timescales.
- Co-ordinate, develop and maintain a high-quality bid content library using standardised formats and best practices.
- Manage Procurement Portals and upload information and submissions on time.
- Support the preparation of tender submissions including use of InDesign to produce tender submissions.
- Support project research and pipeline management.
- Support the interpretation of client documents and requirements, ensuring they are clearly reflected in our proposals.
- Develop case studies and project examples to showcase BAM’s construction expertise and delivery excellence.
- Continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of bid process and submissions through review, feedback, and lessons learned.
- General support of administration of the office as required.
