BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen our team on major infrastructure projects in Scotland and the UK. Based initially at Kilsyth, you will transition to site during delivery, spending around three days per week on site with the rest at head offices.
You will manage diverse projects, ensure value, quality, timeliness, and cost control; mentor direct reports; negotiate contracts under NEC form and liaise with clients, project managers and designers.
