BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Document Controller to join our Construction Segment, based in

You will be responsible for a range of responsibilities, including
- You will be responsible for a range of responsibilities, including: Information Management, Managing the controlled flow of drawings, models and technical information through the project Common Data Environment (BAM Source/BIM 360 / ACC) in line with ISO 19650 / PAS1192 standards
- Focus on managing the flow of contract-led information and process within the common data environment.
This includes handling of formal instructions, queries, variations, project registers, general correspondence, and supporting procurement and site administration processes.
- Supporting the project team to ensure it has audit-ready QA and compliance records with structured ISO-aligned handover and digital project close-out.

What do you bring to the role?
- Possess excellent computer skills and willingness to expand knowledge of other applications.
- Demonstrable experience of working within a similar role in construction
- Preferred user of electronic document management system (EDMS) and live link.
- Preferred user of BIM/Navisworks, certainly demonstrate familiarity with BIM as a concept and its place within the industry.
- Excellent level of literacy and writing skills.
- Good time management and able to commit and work to deadlines.
- Be a team player, flexible and able to work with others.
- Excellent communication skills.
