BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Pre-Construction Manager to join the London construction segment and lead the preconstruction process for projects across London and the Southeast. The role, based at the London office, involves managing tenders from expression of interest to contract award, working with clients, consultants and the BAM team to secure a best value offer.

You will coordinate bid teams, develop bid strategy, and ensure coordination of design, commercial, planning and construction.
