We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to shape and execute the product vision for our enterpriseāscale Time & Attendance Management (TAM) platforms. You will own the roadmap endātoāend, ensuring that the solution remains intuitive for employees, trusted by HR and Finance, and technically resilient for longāterm growth.
Key responsibilities
- Roadmap ownership: Define and communicate a clear shortā, midā and longāterm product roadmap that aligns with overall peopleātech and financeātech strategies.
- Stakeholder partnership: Act as the primary liaison between HR, Payroll, Finance, and Technical Operations; gather requirements, translate them into user stories, agree acceptance criteria, and manage expectations.
- Platform health & continuous improvement: Champion usability, performance, and compliance; identify and remove paināpoints, especially where prior integration tradeāoffs were made.
- Backlog management: Create, prioritise, and refine the product backlog; balance quick wins against strategic initiatives and technicalādebt reduction.
- Dataādriven decisionāmaking: Produce and maintain reporting, analytics and SLAs, extract insights, and adjust priorities to maximise user value and ROI.
- Release governance: Own sprint goals, contribute to release planning, and ensure each increment meets quality, security, and regulatory standards.
- Change adoption: Partner with Change & Comms teams to deliver training materials, release notes, and goālive support.
What do you bring to the role?
- 5+ years in product ownership/management within HRIS, payroll, workforce management, or adjacent SaaS domains.
- Proven success owning a B2B or internal product roadmap from discovery through delivery in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Solid grasp of enterprise integration patterns (e.g. REST/JSON, SFTP, event streams) and how to prioritise remediation of technical compromises.
- Demonstrated ability to balance regulatory, security, and commercial drivers while keeping the endāuser experience front and centre.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with leading TAM suites (e.g. UKG/Kronos, Ceridian Dayforce, Workday Time Tracking, ADP eTIME).
- Exposure to payroll processing, labour law, or timeācapture hardware.
- Experience working in a matrix organisation.
